Our fruit is locally sourced and carefully styled and prepared in our commercial kitchen and delivered fresh to you for your event. 

The fruits and their key benefits include: 

1. Banana - these are loaded with Vitamin A, B, C and potassium. They are also rich in fiber and antioxidants. They contain nutrients that can assist moderate blood sugar levels after meals.

2. Pineapple - this sweet and juicy fruit aids in digestion and contains a protein-digesting enzyme called bromelain. They are rich in vitamin c, which helps maintain the integrity of your blood vessels, skin, organs and bones. They are also low in calories, sodium and saturated fats and it’s the perfect weight loss food. 

3. Mangoes - these are high in vitamin C, A and boost the immune system. They also help to improve skin and help keep hair moisturised and healthy.
