Shipping policy

Please note it is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that all order details (date, time, delivery location and onsite contact) are correct.

Order Processing & Lead Time

  • All catering orders must be placed by 48 hours in advance for weekday events.
  • Weekend orders must be placed by Wednesday at 12 PM.
  • For orders past the cut-off time, please email bookings@thehealthlinkcrew.com.au to confirm before you place the order.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Delivery Areas & Fees

  • We deliver in Melbourne metropolitan areas to our cafes listed in our location drop down menu.
  • Delivery fees have a flat rate of $40

Pickup Option

  • Customers can collect their orders from 7 Florence Street, Burwood VIC 3125, form Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm.
  • Pickup times must be scheduled in advance to ensure order readiness.

Special Delivery Requests

  • If you require delivery outside of standard hours, please contact us in advance. Additional fees may apply.
  • We accommodate corporate or large event deliveries upon request.
